Can anyoe please help me ID the engravings at the top of the backside of this fork? Are they three separate family Crests or one?

I have a small footed dish. There are two marks on the bottom. One mark has two stars side by side within diamonds. The other appears to be a lion's head. Any help dating this and figuring out the maker would be much appreciated!

This object is simply marked "silver" in two spots. Does anyone know if this a typical mark or if it implies a fake? If this is a real mark that was used, does anyone know the years it was written out like that on objects? Thank you.
