Tom, I could not find this one in the catalog... Mark is 900 followed by a crescent moon, crown, and then a five point star. I found two makers that use the moon, crown & star, but they did not match this one. This is from a spoon set that consists of a large serving spoon and 10 very small ones...

I think it's a Lion, but I can;t make out what is in front of it.
