This hallmark with star used from 1958 to 1994, the Catalog by Postnikova-Loseva has hallmarks from "ЯК8"-1958 and "ЯК0"-"ЯК5" for 1960-1965, but you have another combination of numbers and letters. It can be another decade.

This hallmark with cross looks like hallmarks used on Malta.
There are lot of specialists, who can know more.

Id hallmarks before XVIIIC (German?)
Hi!
I will appreciate if anybody can id these marks.
It is an authentic silver piece , probably German, made before XVIII century.
