About fineness of the gold I know.
As you can see stamp ".1ЛВ" with right knowledge one can decipher year and factory.
Unfortunately I can't find right book about soviet era hallmarks.

Hi I recently bought cameo 14k gold bracelet.
It has some maker's mark with gold stamp.
Does anyone has idea who is maker ?
I suspect it comes from USA, but no idea about period or maker.
It looks like letter 'H' on top of 14k in cartouche/shield.
