Please help this unknown mark and country of origin. Marks quite worn. The only mark I can determine on first mark on left is .L. with possibly what looks like a human head mark above and to right and unknown mark on left. Central mark depicts a human figure with left hand on hip, right hand holding...

Please help identify age and maker on this Asian glass lined salt cellar? with spoon. It is 4 lobed with 3 floral panels and 1 dragon panel. It is 1 3/8 inches tall and 1 7/8 inches across the top. Thank you.
