Hi Steve. That's turquoise. I do see that it's green, but it is turquoise inlay. As far as the hallmark goes, they did not keep very good records in Mexico of the artists, I do know that. I will try and find you a link I found that explains all that. I'll come back to post for you. Good luck.

That could be Bahe Louise, Navajo Tribe. I know it (the initials) appears a bit different but it's possible she changed them at some point. Here's a link.
