Somewhere before the recent site update I'd seen this silvermark below for Charles Wright London - 1776
(stamps on inside top.)

The mark below looks like the CW mark but the Anchor. Birmingham?
And the Style of the Date Letter Y - what year exactly pls ...

Pseudo marks, in this case fantasy marks often do not make sense, and for most of us reasonable easy to recognize. Fake hallmarks are often not so easy to recognize.
The lengt, 19.05 cm, in proportion to its weight 63 gram or 3,3 gram/cm is an other indication the spoon is not made 17/18th century ...

Ahhh. The H with one squiggly side! So that's what it is - HS psedudo maker.
Why would there be 2 pseudo (G & M) year letters?

Looking for a little info. on this spoon and it's maker please. Looks like it could be Hukin & Heath - due to the bird stamp - but the ornate characters might not be H's at all?
