Stepan Anderson is a new maker to me. A very nice tea glass holder he has made. It really is a solid (234gr.) example and very fine quality aswell.
Have you perhaps got any further information about the maker? ( Like when he was active?, Source?,etc.)

The maker's marks is my main interest also.

The assay-master is Dutkin, active in Moscow 1838-1846.

A slightly better photo, at least partly. Moscow hallmark is clear in this one.

Thank you for sharing your perspective with the matter. ( I did come to somewhat the same results with my own conclusions, at least regarding the maker's marks, more foggy with the assay markings. I do value a lot your experienced point of views.)

And yes, I did notice the "rum" text on one of the bottles.
But do you or does anyone have an idea of the meaning of the text on the ( Champagne or more likely a some other wine ...

I did not find a exact match with the hallmarks on my bonbonniere. Closest appeared the hallmarks regarding C. ( c.1854~1869 ) and perhaps also B. ( c.1853/J.C.Moore) but those appear too early years at least for me. I would ...
