Your answers also help a lot to understand this time period (i.e. 1795-1819) of French silver :-)

Re: antique French oil&vinegar set - 1795?
Thank you for for the good discussion!
Observations here:
1. Evidently, numerous old French silver marks appear on the item.
2. The marks' locations suggest that the marks were not struck at the same time.
3. The “head of a Greek woman” mark (1795-97?) appears at several (6-8), "well-protected ...

Re: antique French oil&vinegar set - 1795?
Thank you very much for the identification!!
It is surprising that the maker is "Ange Denis Collier" who registered his mark only in 1808...
However, the item clearly shows 6-8 silver marks used by French Silversmiths' Association (Association des Orfévres) in 1795-1797. It is highly unlikely that ...

Re: unidentified candelabra - German?
Hi,
I forgot to mention that these are quite heavy items (heigth: 28cm, weight: 1212g total).
And the candelsticks made by casting (not filled or plate ones).
Many thanks for your input!
Hope the maker's mark appears in the future...

Re: unidentified candelabra - German?
The base of the candelabra has the old German marks ("ZSO" and 13).
The very thin "crowns" of candelabra (that holds the candle) has the Egyptian mark (800), that maybe a replacement/addition because of functional reasons. I guess...

Re: unidentified candelabra - German?
Thanks a lot for your expert evaluation!
Sadly, I cannot locate town mark on the items.
The maker's mark appears as "ZSO" or "OSZ".

I was able to locate a relatively new-looking mark on the items.
It may be an Egyptian fineness mark (800)?
