3marks on it , 585(14k) C.E (makers mark?), an unkown figure.

one question is coming to mind,does Austria import mark indecate the silver metal being from Austria or the finished product?

Hello! I'm soooo happy to find a place to get the answer of the mystery hiden in my antique collection. i got these two rings from London. It seems the rube/diamond one is 18k Birmingham, but i cannot determine the year, as there is no exactly the same date letter "P" in the letter chart. ...
