I understand that alpaca silver is composed of nickel, zinc and copper coated with sterling. But does anyone know who (or what) the trademarke "Eberle" is?

Need help identifying trademark on silver Asian tea strainer
I'm trying to identify the mark on the base of this silver Asian tea strainer. I cannot photograph what I think are words and numbers because they're heavily hammered and blurry.
