Yes, I did see that, but what I'm wondering is someone that may predate her father.
Is anyone aware of any resources to research Peru Silver in particular?

Re: F. Guzman
I just found an article on a Marina Guzman who says she comes from a family of silversmiths. Any tips on researching silver from Peru?

Re: F. Guzman
Do you have any suggestions for avenues to pursue for this piece? I'm out of ideas since I'm such an amateur at this.

Also, my piece doesn't seem to have an eagle Mark, although it had electronically been tested for coin silver.

Sterling Brooch Identification issue-partial stamp
Hello! I am having a very hard time identifying this makers stamp as it doesn't seem to be well stamped. I have acid tested this to show silver. The pictures are about as clear as I can get them. I believe the lettering is "PAR" in the center and partial lettering at the bottom as "TC...

Can't identify the mark...please help!
Hello! I found this interesting little item, I'm not even sure what it's called. I've been trying to ID the hallmark now for a few hours and it seems fruitless so I'm hoping one of you just outright recognize it. I'm not entirely sure this is American, so admin please move my thread if I posted this...

Re: Connecting a huge tray to a historical figure
Thank you for your reply!
Is there any sort of information from the company still available such as sales receipts?
Also, is there any more history on the company besides the two sentence blurb on the website?
Thank you!

Connecting a huge tray to a historical figure
Hello! This is my first post here, so please forgive me if I accidentally step on any forum posting rules! I recently had the fortune of stumbling upon a huge beautiful tray at a thrift shop here in the midwest. I've been able to gather some rudimentary knowledge such as the maker is Conquistador, m...
