One last maker's mark I'd like you to help me with is the one on this (German / Jugendstil) napkin ring. I believe it's a "S" and an "H" in a circle. Any helpful comment would be much appreciated!

Help needed with additional mark on a German (?) napkin ring
Would anybody be able to help me identify this mark and/or the country of origin of this napkin ring? I believe the mark shows a "B" in front of a pattern that fills half of the emblem it is set in (click on the thumbnail and then enlarge the picture - the details can be seen very clearly). Thank ...
