Your chocolate pot is realy from Venice, second half of the 18th century, the marks changed to the French system in 1812. Can not identify the maker.

Very interesting piece you found, it could be the base of a gothic chalice or monstrance, possibly Spanish, Portuguese or Italian.
As for the halmark no clue at the moment.

Hello your coffee pot is French or Belgian but not made of silver it is silverplated and unfortunately has been restored on the spout's rim.
