Help Identifying this really cool piece.

I am not sure, but think this is some kind of beer stein or wine server. I am hopeful that one of you experts can help me. It is quite beautiful and intricately designed. Need Help identifying this decanter

Hi I need some help with this one.
I can't find any marks at all on this piece. It appears to be engraved leaded crystal. Intricate sliver nickel (?) handle and spout - thanks in advance.

thank you very much ! it appears that we have a full rack - setting for 12. Twelve pieces each, inclusive of big serving spoons, soup spoons, a big scalloped ladle, a pie server, and 12 tiny baby / sugar spoons and 12 very long thin stemmed spoons as well. all were kept in a big well crafted wooden...
