I have an 800 grade cigarette case with hallmarks which I am struggling to identify, there is the F.S and marks within the lozenge either side of the fascio, could you please help me identify these marks -

Yes you are right, the stamp seems to be the .830, eagle head II, 1900-1913, suprisingly small stamps for an article the size of a tea caddy, more for a caddy spoon.
