Appreciate the insight! I also could not find anything about this maker's mark. Is it safe to say these were assayed at Birmingham though? The anchor symbol seems fairly clear although quite worn down.

Hi all,
Trying to figure out what this maker's mark is on these 18 karat cuff links - I am 99% certain it says: "A.H & Co" with a bar under the "o".
I am fairly certain these were assayed at Birmingham but the date letter "W" is throwing me for a loop. I think could be 1940's - 1950's ish? These ...
