Thanks Bahner for your help, your estimate could well be right although it does look and feel very old, perhaps a good copy or even forgery? Can you tell me anything else about the Hanau products? Thank you in advance.

Hallmarks on Old German Tray

We think this tray is very very old and would like help to identify the hallmarks. Tray measures 47 cm wide , 35 cm high, 2 cm deep. Thank you.

Unidentified European Silver Mark

I have a set of 12 of these large fiddle pattern table/soup spoons, which I think date circa 1800-1840. They came with matching English hallmarked forks and spoons as part of a set. The maker's initials are IEB or IFB. I have been unsuccessful in my own searches so any help greatly appreciated ...
