The first image, the first mark upside down is the gold and silver export anchor mark, which was used in Czechoslovakia from 1929 to 1941, was again used in the post-war period from 1949 until 1992, with no specific metal fineness represented by the mark.

A whole story with many assumptions without clear facts. The so-called expert of the auction house was also not clearly convinced and noted possibly 1784 instead of 1760. Certainly not 1784, see here and better not waste words on it.

Yes, I believe you are right Amsterdam, year letter R likely for 1751. I don't recognize any master mark.
