Small round case with unidentified marking

Hello,

I have identified this piece as best I could. I know it's German by the symbols that are (appear to be) a moon and crown. My piece has 2 moons and a crown - not sure if this means anything. Does it?

What could the right-most marking be?. I originally though it to be a 01, but now I think it ...
