I see a Friedrich-Wilhelm (FW - 1809-1812) tax- mark - and a little weevil mark as a french import mark?

Hello, the crossed sword and key is the city mark of Striegau in the Silesia region of what used to be Germany. Maker IAL is documented there ca. 1872 - 1884. Now I think it is Weißenfels and the Lion is not the makers mark - it is a second townmark -
