I'm not sure. Your Box have 3 Marks. A makers mark a townmark and a 13 Loth mark. Most Hanau silver have more marks.

Hello, the crossed sword and key is the city mark of Striegau in the Silesia region of what used to be Germany. Maker IAL is documented there ca. 1872 - 1884.
