Ice Tongs...What is this Object?
This is a silver plated object with three, tong-like fingers on one end. It has a beautiful, enameled flower on the other end. When you push down on the flower, like a syringe, the tongs open. Is this an ice tong? I'm baffled. Oh, and there are no marks whatsover on the piece. Thanks! http://img.ink...

Durgin "Watteau" Mystery Ladle
Beautiful little ladle from Durgin in the 1891, "Watteau" pattern. Can anyone tell me what it was used for? http://img.inkfrog.com/pix/jamielee1/021.jpg http://img.inkfrog.com/pix/jamielee1/021-1.jpg http://img.inkfrog.com/pix/jamielee1/021-2.jpg http://img.inkfrog.com/pix/jamielee1/021-3....
