The DTA mark is for The National Association for Danish Enterprise, an independant organisation created to support and market Danish produced consumer goods in Denmark and abroad.

Your middle mark is the shop mark of The White Hogan in Scottsdale Arizona.
They were active from the late 1930's to 2006.

Believe the KB mark is that of Kenneth Begay.

Modern pewter is generally 92% tin, 6% antimony and 2% copper.
Differences in color are probably differences in these percentages.
