To me it seems to read the maker's mark CM above 78 for C ornelis M onteban, registered in the city of Schoonhoven, 1843 till he died on 20-5-1880. He employed an engraver for some time (mechanical Rose Engine or ‘Decorative Lathe’ operator). GH + is the Dutch importer's mark of Fa. G.J. Heetman (jewelry store), registered in Rotterdam 1953-2018. ZII mark, for used/imported silver objects silver 835/000 minimum.

To me it appears the maker's mark to be B.77 ( misstruck) in a rectangle for; Christiaan Jacobs Bru(i)nings, registered city of Joure, 1849-1902.

Incomplete and not okay. Although the German crescent moon and crown and the fineness mark are applied by the importer or maker, and exist in many variations. There should next to these marks also be a responsibility mark of the maker or importer.
