Ship with three masts mark of various forms was used by B.Neresheimer and Sons, Hanau, Germany.
Besides, it`s typical putti decor of Hanau silversmiths.

Re: Necklace with a Purple Gem
I think there is letter P in front of the star, indicating Riga (Latvia) assay office.
If so, it was made by Riga Jewelry Factory in either 1979 or 1989; depends on the dot in front of ``9``.
Use 10x magnifying glass and ckeck letter P in front of the star; that will resolve the provenance.

Re: please help me identify the country and manufacturer of the cigarette case
Small mark in the middle (upside down) is Czechoslovakia export mark used since 1921, then again in Slovakia during WWII and again until 1993.
I opt for the first Art Deco period,i.e. before WWII, most likely exported to Germany or Austria with retailer`s mark.

Re: Blue enamel box Faberge?
Marks were applied (struck) before enameling, otherwise the enamel would crack if subject to hammering the marks. The holes for riveting wreath and cabochon stone had to be bored before enameling, too, and riveting carefully done could not affect the integrity of the enamel. My comment is based on se...

Spain after 1934 (.915 standard).
The sticker is well preserved; Zaragoza and Madrid. Half of the name is also clearly seen. Try to read it under magnifying glass.
In the meantime someone might recognize the maker`s marks.

Re: Silver Torah Crowns
The real problem with Iranian standards is not the question what 84 is, but the fact they will try their best to use lower standards wherever possible. As tested by our member Amena from Italy some time ago, you can be happy if your item from Iran is over 50% silver.

Re: Silver Torah Crowns
In regard of 84 silver standard in Iran, a Farsi native speaker is needed to contact silver traders and jewelers in Iran. The answer is straightforward; 84 is 84% silver in the alloy. The grade for making silver dishes is 84 or 840, but this grade was also used to make jewelry in the past, and that ...

84 in Persian mumerals; number 4 is distinctive because it`s different from Arabic.
It indicates the purity of 840 (84%); it is wrongly identified as Russian 84 zolotnik standard.
The rest is unknown to me.

Re: Russian silver tray
It is Tula assay office: crossed engraving tools with two chasing hammers. Tula makers are not well documented, but this set of marks appears very suspicious.
I was not commenting the engraving; it does look genuine.

Re: Tureen Possibly British but unsure.
Not British silver marks, no doubt about it. Resembling French maker`s marks, but French had an elaborated silver marking legislation and more marks are needed. Either pseudo marks or check it for silver; pewter ?

The only example of engraved plaque under the crystal glass I saw was a Buccelati box. Also, a Prague Biedermeier box wit embossed decor on thin silver sheet attached to the lid but no glass. Your box was imported to Prague. I opt for Germany unless proven otherwise by other marks. Brass backing is ...

Re: Russian silver tray
Faked marks , not uncommon with ``Russian`` Judaica; more or less almost 100% percent of Russian Judaica are fakes, either the whole item plus marks, or faked marks struck to existing silver items. Fakers probably think that all Hebrew people are rich (wrong) and that they are proud of their herita...
