Linguistically for ``hand made``, it is Norway. Between W and B could be a hammer.

Guessing a rising sun/un soleil levant over HS for Henri Soufflot 1884/1910.
Then Soviet mark for foreign made silver after 1927 (worker`s head in profile with hammer). Assay office looks like Hellenic letter omicron for Tbilisi.

Bottom right is silver fineness 84 which has been discussed here many times. Numeral 4 differs in Farsi from Arabic, therefore we can tell it`s made in Iran.

Re: Paris 1723-24
Of course it`s Hanau, most likely Georg Roth, who specialized in ``antique`` French silver. During decades of researching and collecting silver I have seen wishful thinking too many times when Hanau silver was involved. Common mistakes by inexperienced collectors: 1.They expect perfect match in Hana...

Re: AUSTRO HUNGARIAN silver brooch hallmark
P is for Pest (Budapest) Hungary. It was used as secondary mark (e.g. on finials) but also as the only mark due to limited area to apply marks. Seen on chains, too. Oak leaf is partially struck and looks like Czechoslovakia mark for old items (unless there was a Hungarian silversmith with similar ma...

Unfortunately, both the open saltcellars of poor cloisonne quality and the marks are faked; India or China, modern production with faked Imperial Russian marks to deceive buyers. Not a dangerous fake, though. Too obvious wrong marks and poor design that does not match any serious Imperial Russian si...

Beautiful Jugendstil.
French rectangular weevil mark for imported silver items from treaty countries, used 1893-1984, minimum silver standard of 800/1000.

Re: Jakob Weiss modified(?) Biedermeier spice bowl from Austria
Pieces perfectly fit together; nothing has deliberately altered unless you use 10 x magnifying glass and examine carefully the places where ball feet were soldered. Regardless of skillful silversmith you will see traces of filing. Central ``candlestick, toothpick holder`` should be examined, too. Th...

Vast majority of berry spoons didn’t start life as berry spoons, but were often plain spoons that were decorated at a later date.

Time frame can be limited to 1941 - 1946. From 1941 the Latin characters have been replaced by Arabic characters. In October 1946, the "cat facing left" mark was changed to the "lotus flower blossom mark" . Your mark is a cat, meaning it was made before 1946. Date letter is Arabi...

From top: 1.Mark upside down (two dots should be on top) is for Cairo. 2.80 (Arabic numeral 8 looks like inverted V and dot for 0) is fineness .800 3. Egypt official mark (lotus flower ) used since 1946. 4. Year 1968 - 1974 (the same was used 1965 - 1967 but without dot). Position of dots was often ...
