It can be 1674, 1774, 1874 or 1974 post a picture and I shall identify. Most likely its 1874 otherwise you can see that it new. These spoons are German. I can almost identify the half moon and crown.
Then they are marked 800 but nothing identifies the maker. Anybody who knowes name of this pattern?

11 means that it is 11 out of 16. Where 16 is pure silver (1.000)
The other mark is not known to me.
