925 marked brooch mexico?

I just found this nice looking brooch but I cant find the artist or possible date of manufacturer.I also am not sure of the stone it is a real stone very heavy and thick.The marks are BSP 925 I also see cuernocova any help appreciated there is something before last letters nuen which is before cuernocova.

Hello. Don't know who used the BSP mark.
Cuernavaca is the capital city of Morelos, one of Mexico's smallest states.

They were origionally sold as jade or emerald depending where they were bought, most were made in the 50's and later.
