Marked Aguilar, but not like illustrations, so not Hector?

I can't find an illustration for Hector Aguilar which looks like the on on this bowl. The only other marks are "sterling" and "Made in Mexico", no eagle. So is it Hector or not? Thanks.

Definitely NOT Hector Aguilar.
