Your mark is "BDF". It is a known mark that, alas, cannot be attributed. Your eagle #4 dates the piece to between 1949-1979.

Hi Nola, I've been doing some investigating on the eagle 4 mark. I've come across a piece with an eagle 4 clear as day. Here's what it says on the item.

Plata 925 MRM Guad Jal Mex

Now with my limited knowelege of hallmarks and how they work. I believe the eagle # either indicated the city of assay or the maker. I'm assuming on the item I saw the MRM is the maker meaning it's a different maker from your piece. So logic would tell me the eagle 4 comes from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

I am very new at this and informatin is hard to come by online. I welcome any feedback from anybody with any information. Thanks!

Oh one more thing Nola. I'm unable to see the picture of your marks. I was wondering if it's just me or if the pictures have been removed? Maybe you could repost one for me please. =)
