Help, Challenging old Taxco Silver pendant initials SB(A?)

Pictured but hard to read this piece is stamped Taxco Mexico 9?5 around the inside of the circle. The initials in the center read SBA although I can not be 100% about the A.

It also says Mexican Sterling and has what looks like it could be a faded eagle with a 1. Actually it could be almost anything. Pictures can be viewed larger when selected.

If anyone has any information about this mark I would really appreciate it. I have spent hours looking for anything that would tell me who the artist was or even who he may have worked for.
