STERLING SILVER TEA POT EARRINGS

I'm trying to identify these earrings if anyone recognizes the marking could you please tell what they mean? Thanks

Can't read the top line in photos (posting helps, but a clearer photo is needed too). Other than that, your answer is explained in the Mexico section of World marks in the encyclopedia here....TB-83 would be the 83rd maker with the surname beggining with B to register from Taxco area. This is the post-1979 system used after Eagle marks were dropped. (Does the top line read TAXCO?)
