Unknown Mexican Mark ARI STERLING 925 in shield

I have this large sterling silver enameled turtle pendant - please see both images in the above link.
It is definitely Mexican and is similar to a lot of pieces by Jeronimo Fuentes. The mark doesn't however have the usual customary mexican silver marks alongside it. It appears to be stamped STERLING ARI (or ART) 925. This is in a shield shaped cartouche.
Can anyone identify this maker?
