Mexico Silver hallmark - open triangle with #3 and 4 circles below it

I'd have been researching the hallmark on my bracelet and so far come up empty. It is just above and slightly to the right of the Taxco Mexico 925 mark. Any thoughts, pointers or clues would be greatly appreciated!
