Help ID this pin pendant modernist design 925 sunrise? mark

Help me ID this pin pendant, neat modernist design! Marked with later 3 eagle, a sunrise (or crown), taxco, 925, and what looks like catlil III ?

I found someone doing newer items under the name Catlil Castillo but non of it looks like this older looking piece.

and the site I found was Citlal Castillo
