Sterling Taxco Eagle 3 Cuff Bracelet. Identify Makers Name?

I'm usually pretty good at figuring out a name, but even with a mag glass, I just can't get this makers name. This is a modern cuff bracelet and marked inside, Going around in a circle, it has the makers name above and sterling taxco below. In the middle of that circle is 925. Than below we have the eagle 3. However, that makers name above can not be made out. It looks like so many letters, but the the first to either look to be an A or an R, than followed by or connected to other letters.

Would so appreciate any thoughts on this.
