Help to identify marks & poss. date of this Mexican Broo

Hello all, Wondering if anyone can help me to identify this mark on an old Mexican brooch I have and maybe about when it was made. There is another mark, but the site says 2 pictures. Thanks for any help

I believe the initials are JPM. Sometimes this mark also has the word Iguala.
That is the city of Iguala, in the State of Guerrero, Mexico.
Sorry, my books don't identify who used this mark.

The other mark is called an Eagle mark.
The style of this eagle mark gives us a rough date range: 1955-1980.

Thanks for your information. I do appreciate your time. I was trying to find info on it as well and came up with dates of between 48 & 55. But heck, I don't know a thing about this. I will investigate more on the info you have provided. Thanks again
