I am unable to identify these marks - might they be pre 1773 or fake perhaps?

Hi,
Marks are not British at all, not even intended to deceive.
Phantasy marks of some kind and inscription is in Arabic, not very old.

Thank you for your fast response and knowledge. I noticed the arabic letters but the walking lion seemed similar to that of the british lion passant during 17th centuary. Slightly less, but still an interesting piece nonetheless :)
