美和 - Meihe or MiWoo

足银 - Sterling

I saw a couple of dishes with this maker mark before.
Should be either Chinese silver or Straits Chinese silver.

I take it with Straits Chinese you mean area around Singapore & Malacca?

Hello! Yes, someone wrote a book for that. I think items made by Chinese origin silversmiths lived in Thailand and a few other countries can also been treated in.
