Hi, I am new to this forum. I hope I can post my question well.
I have bought this brooch about 10 years ago from a British seller.
Tiny rhinestones are placed on a silver plate, which has a "STERLING" , an illustration of FISH and a letter "L".
I am not sure if this is a origin of England.
Does anybody know anything about this mark?
Thank you for reading.
