Hi,
Have searched for L.G. and could not identify the maker. Many French makers with L.G. initials, the symbol in the middle being different.
The number, or letter in crab mark indicates the Regional Assay Office.
The marks are embedded.
There are people here with better data base. Let`s wait - it`s easier now to search for L.G. in lozenge and the symbol is clearly visible.

Hi,
It`s not Lappara&Gabriel (rat)
The symbol here looks like a halberd (la hallebarde) or Fleur de Lys.
As I said, there were many L.G. makers with different symbols.
Let`s wait for correct answer here.
