Hello again,
Looks like Gallet & Co, Geneva,lyre logo.
Another possibility is ACHILLE DITISHEIM.
The clue could be in the movement.
British fantasy marks.

Wow! I didn't expect to have an answer for the logo!
Unfortunately this case is very good for its age (also with a glass) but is without movement. I found it in a old objects shop in Thessaloniki (not Bulgaria). I have other 2 cases pocket watches with exactly the same marks (one is Billodes Zenith with 3 dot opposite to this with 2 dots). The conclusion that I extracted from this research Is that the 95% of the ottoman pocket watches (not only mine), had "fake" British hallmarks, (or other that we don't have the knowledge)

The image with Ottoman coat of arms. There is Swiss grouse mark for .800 fineness.
