Is this a Russian Silver Piece. I can not find anything on this. I would appreciate any Comments. 3.2cm x 2.8cm

Hi petet63 -

"souvenir" for the visitors of the Wolgograd (Stalingrad WW II battle) war memorial. Not silver - zinc alloy.

Hello!
My friend from Sebastopol asked me to provide the following information.
It's not silver. It's the souvenir badge.
"Ц10К" means "Цена 10 копеек" - "the price is 10 kopecks". The manufacturer is Мытищинский завод опытных и сувенирных изделий - Mytishchi Plant of Experimental and Souvenir Products. The mark of 1972. Mytishchi is small town near Moscow.
