Mening of markings

Newbie from Sweden here....

I`ve bought this set of 6 russian vodka cup`s
and don`t understand all the markings
the upperone i`ve understand is the price u5p00k
but what exactly is 710MMt mean.
i know it`s a kind of alloy but of what metals.

i also wonder if anybody recognice the sign in cyrillic seen in picture. V(upside dowm)Ky

Ok.. Thanks Trev.....IOMMET ... But how about the 7 in front of that, and what about the marking under it (AKY) i courius about ALL markings. I like to find out everything about them?

I would think it likely that the '7' would be a year indicator, but lets hope someone more knowledgeable on the subject can add their thoughts.
