1893 Flask

1893 Flask

Hello. I have a flask whose cap turns into a cup. Clever. I am forced to assume it is silverplate since it lacks Sterling or any numerical mark. I cannot make out the other (Maker) letters. They seem like WS_& Co...maybe. Can anyone help?

I guess Wilcox Silver Plate Co. is a possibility.
