This tested Sterling but did not cut deep until I know if it of value could not find anything on this mark any help would be great!!

A small cutlery factory was in business before WWII. During the war made war industry related articles. After WWII, production was again recorded.
The advertisement with your ``Barock Dekor`` is from late forties or early fifties.
Number ``90`` indicates the standard of silver plating.Full details are here:
