I have always been able to find a hallmark, not on this one! It's a quality piece, could be English? Found other pieces on line but no one knows. Can someone help?

Hello I had this trouble last time with "Tiny Pic". You only need to have 1 of the 2 "IMG" at each end of the address. Remember to use the "Preview" button to see what you will be posting, before you "Submit". I always find I've done something I hadn't intended to do. Just reply to this post with your photos again.
