Three little spoons - help please

Hello all

I wonder if anyone could shed some light on the maker of these three little spoons for me please. I believe that they are plated as the first mark is EP. The 3 marks below it are a mystery to me though.
Thank you for any help you can give me. I had to photograph the marks through a magnifying glass, they are tiny!
