Silverplate tray marks - from Goodwill with love!

Hi folks!
I came across silverplate looking tray at Goodwill (admin edit - see Posting Requirements ) but by looking on the marks I couldnt figure out origin, manufacturer or silver content?
Plese help me with any information , much appreciated!
