Post by jackcadet »

I am trying to find out the information contained in the marks on the server. I cannot identrify the initials "EP". I cannot determine whether it is sterling or plate. Would appreciate some help, Thanks. Jack

EP equals Electro-plate (aka silverplated)--since the second mark ("B") should be a last name, you can start your search here paying attention to the shapes around the letters (which I'm having a hard time reading): http://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_B.html
Is the last letter S for Sons or C/Co for company?

The initials are HB&H which stands for Harrison Brothers & Howson, a Sheffield company.
